Slow Flow

A slower paced class allowing time to really explore the postures and learn the fundamentals of bringing together breath, bandha & movement.

Suitable for all levels.

Softer postures held gently with an emphasis on breath will lead us into stillness & meditation. Working with the deeper connective tissue, Yin/Restore is an incredible transformative and healing process for the mind and body. 

Perfect for those suffering sleeplessness, anxiety or stress and wanting to relax and unwind. A fabulous addition to any practice.

No previous yoga experience needed.


Ashtanga Vinyasa

An intermediate level class intended to be a daily ritual.

This powerful, healing practice is a specific sequence of postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa.) Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.

Not appropriate for beginners or students carrying injuries or during pregnancy.



A powerful modern yoga practice focusing on movement with breath, using deep breathing techniques and linking postures together to create dynamic sequences.

This class is designed to create heat in the body and stimulate energy flow and provides with an energising, stregthening and detoxifying practice.


Yang to Yin

This is a special class, often a collaboration with local musos & an absolute joy!

Journey from a vigorous Vinyasa into the stillness of Yin, the very best way to cap off your weekend.



Hot Power Flow


Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.

This practice is fast-paced and some say it is a more intense style of yoga.

Be sure to bring a towel & some water, there will be some sweat!


Jivamukti Yoga


Jivamukti is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous hatha yoga, vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsa (nonviolence, non-harming), nāda (music), and dhyana (meditation). Animal rightsveganism, environmentalism, and social activism are also emphasised. Jivamukti Yoga has developed a reputation as the chosen yoga style of many celebrities.


Progressive Yogis

These playful, advanced classes have been created to test limits and take you to your edge with arm balances, inversions and adventurous sequencing!

Not suitable for beginners & sometimes heated
