What to bring:
Melting Pot Yoga is fully equipped with all yoga equipment, we have mats available to use. If you prefer to use your own, most definitely bring it along!
Also a water bottle and towel.
Please dress in comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movement.
Is this course for me?
This course is for every-body, whether you're a total beginner, or have been practising a while but feel you would benefit from brushing up on your basics.
Each workshop style class runs from 10.30am - 12.30pm Saturday & Sunday.
The course is for all 2 sessions; numbers are strictly limited.
