Mindfulness Meditation Practice Group

Mindfulness meditation groups are a wonderful way of connecting with others to share and deepen your meditation practice. This group will meet fortnightly for shared silent practice time.
We will commence with a short check in, some minimal guidance followed by silent meditation time. 

Regular practice of mindfulness meditation can be helpful for reducing stress, regulating moods, increased mental clarity, decreased blood pressure and a range of other benefits. 

Beginners to advanced meditators are most welcome to attend.

Please bring your own meditation cushions or stool. Limited chairs are available.
