The absolute best way to address all of the above is through CONSISTENCY. No one is “good at yoga” from the start! The way you establish your yogic lifestyle is with a regular practise.
Yoga is a journey and it can be an intimidating one if it’s new to you.This introductory course will guide you in the right direction and give you the confidence to walk into any class and we will even give you tips to build upon your own home practise!
Each week we will run through a beginners sequence and will have a special focus on:
• Breath / Meditation
• Sun Salutations
• Introduction to Standing & Seated Postures
4 x 2 hour yoga, workshop style classes

What to bring:
Melting Pot Loft is fully equipped with all yoga equipment, we have mats available to use. If you prefer to use your own, most definitely bring it along! Just bring yourself and a water bottle! Please dress in comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movement.

This course is for every-body, whether you're a total beginner, or have been practising a while but feel you would benefit from brushing up on your basics.
