Over the weekend you will learn tips to build upon your own home practise.
Each session we will run through a beginners sequence, breaking down each posture, there will be heaps of time for questions so you will have a deeper, more confident understanding.
For beginners and anyone wanting to really nut out the basics.
This course is a great way to put all of the little pieces together, by the end of the four weeks you will have a deeper understanding of all the basic postures and begin to flow with ease.
This is going to be a nurturing weekend where you will have the opportunity to slow down, move your body with some specific yoga sequences designed to recharge your batteries, tap into your vision & creativity with some fun art sessions, eat nourishing food, connect with like minded souls, go for walks & sit by the fire!
